We are looking for you Global Services Strategy Professional (m/f/d)
Are you an experienced leader in a Customer centric Services environment. Are you ambitious enough to design and deliver a long term strategy for an established Global Services team, and take them to the next level of customer support? Based in Karlsruhe, Germany, the successful candidate will define the future way of working for 4 PI’s Global Service Hubs and take the After-sales Support program to another level.
Your Tasks
- You will strengthen the existing customer support model with new ideas and approaches
- You will define new creative ways to provide after sales value added services for customers that will become a differentiator between PI and its competition
- You will support the Head of Customer Support by understanding the current challenges and design new ways of working for the support engineers to deliver an outstanding customer experience
Your Profile
- 10+ years’ experience in a Customer Support environment within a technical engineering industry
- Outstanding command of both spoken and written communication in German and English (Your application/CV should be provided in English).
- 5+ years of working in a customer centric role with direct customer contact
- Willingness to travel
- Well organized with a results-oriented, creative way of working
- A proven and evidence based ‘Customer First’ mindset
