We are looking for you Sales Engineer / Sales Manager (for the whole of Switzerland)

To help us achieve our ambitious growth targets in the DACH region, we will expand our sales in Switzerland. That is why we are looking for an experienced sales expert who is used to working independently and proactively, and with a proven track record in challenging high-tech markets.
- You will be responsible for business development in Switzerland and thus for the expansion of our existing sales activities and turnover. You will report directly to the Global Head of Sales DACH.
- You will create an ambitious growth plan and proactively drive implementation forward.
- In collaboration with our Technical Sales Engineering, Inside Sales, and Development departments, you will advise customers, develop application-specific solutions, create quotes, and keep track of these through to the conclusion of a contract.
- You will support Marketing by participating in trade fairs and conferences.
- You will strengthen existing customer relationships and attract new customers in new markets.
- You have a degree in the field of Physics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Optics, or similar
- You have experience of selling products that require intensive consultation and are technologically sophisticated

- You are used to representing the company to customers with confidence, yet are a reliable team player at the same time
- You are characterized by your very good spoken and written communication skills in German and English. Ideally, you have a good command of French too
- You have outstanding sales and negotiation skills
